Interior Buildouts, Inc. began business in January of 2007. We are a Design/Build construction company that focuses on interior renovations within tenant spaces. Our job is to take your ideas and bring them to life in a manner that is practical and fits your budget. Since 2007 Interior Buildouts and its client base has steadily grown along with our list of resources and dedicated subcontractors. Joseph Hodgins
President and Co-owner

With over 30 years of experience, Joe is the President of Interior Buildouts, Inc. His job within the company is to oversee every project for IBI. His major strengths lie in his attention to detail and ability to incorporate all of the client’s needs into the space.

Over time he has built a strong reputation and developed a deep understanding of the Jacksonville area market. Being a third-generation Jacksonville resident, Joe served the past six years on the City of Jacksonville, Building Code Adjustment Board. He is also a long-standing member of the Business Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Joe lives in Empire Point along with his wife, Viki, and their two sons. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and sailing, along with church and community involvement. Joseph graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction and is a Certified Building Contractor.

Victoria Hodgins
Vice President and Co-owner

Viki is a Florida Certified Public Accountant. She helped Joe get the business organized and planned, and continues with the accounting, taxes, and insurance responsibilities.

Victoria graduated from Brenau College located in Gainesville, GA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and completed her Master’s Degree at the University of North Florida.

Also a third-generation Jacksonville resident, Viki enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with her sons.

David Breton
Senior Project Manager

David has worked in the construction industry for twenty-five years and has a strong commercial and industrial background. His role is to provide overall direction and support for all pre-construction activity, create project schedules, procure services and materials, oversee construction and be the client’s main point of contact during the construction process.

Over his career he has worked for two different Top 400 ENR companies as an estimator / project manager and project director. David graduated from the University of North Florida with Bachelor of Science in Building Construction.

He is also a member of Business Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). David enjoys playing golf and grilling out.
