The Giving Closet Project is a local nonprofit dedicated to helping underprivileged children who need clothes and supplies to go to school. Interior Buildouts is proud to help with make a difference for this organization.
With over 40 years of experience, Joe is the President of Interior Buildouts, Inc. His job within the company is to oversee every project for IBI. His major strengths lie in his attention to detail and ability to incorporate all of the client’s needs into the space.
Over time he has built a strong reputation and developed a deep understanding of the Jacksonville area market. Joe is a third-generation Jacksonville resident and has served six years on the City of Jacksonville, Building Code Adjustment Board. He is also a life member of the Business Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
Joe lives in Empire Point along with his wife, Viki. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and sailing, along with church and community involvement. Joseph graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction and is a Certified Building Contractor.
Viki is a Florida Certified Public Accountant. She helped Joe get the business organized and planned, and continues with the accounting, taxes, and insurance responsibilities.
Victoria graduated from Brenau College located in Gainesville, GA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and completed her Master’s Degree at the University of North Florida.
Also a third-generation Jacksonville resident, Viki enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with her sons.
David has worked in the construction industry for thirty-five years and has a strong commercial and industrial background. His role is to provide overall direction and support for all pre-construction activity, create project schedules, procure services and materials, oversee construction and be the client’s main point of contact during the construction process.
Over his career he has worked for two different Top 400 ENR companies as an estimator / project manager and project director. David graduated from the University of North Florida with Bachelor of Science in Building Construction.
He is very active in his Knights of Columbus chapter, a member of the Business Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and enjoys playing golf and smoking the best briskets in Jacksonville.
Ryan has been with Interior Buildouts since 2016. He spent his middle and high school years assisting his dad on various projects, gaining hands-on experience in the field. After earning a marketing degree from Stetson University, Ryan joined IBI full-time, steadily taking on more responsibilities. With over six years of experience as a jobsite superintendent, he now serves as a project manager and business developer. He also holds a Florida Building Contractor’s License and is a member of NAIOP Developing Leaders.
Outside of work, Ryan stays active with distance running, pickleball, and ultimate frisbee. He also enjoys learning new cooking recipes and attending local music festivals.
Lloyd has been with Interior Buildouts since 2016. After graduating from UNF with a degree in Political Science, he chose to join the family business. As Senior Superintendent, he plays a key role in managing new hires and site personnel, organizing company meetings, and creating content for our social media. Having worked part-time with his dad throughout high school and college, Lloyd has a strong foundation in construction. He is also a member of NAIOP Developing Leaders.
Outside of work, Lloyd enjoys sailing, working out, baking homemade bread, and camping.
