What We Did: This project was recognized as one of Jax Daily Record’s coolest offices of 2022! IBI constructed the new headquarters for iMethods, a local healthcare IT recruitment company. Our team transformed an old credit union into a swank new office building. The property comes with features that any employee would greatly appreciate. These details include a 2-story indoor tube slide, a 15-hole putting course, luxury chandeliers, a 30-foot moss wall, a lakeside outdoor patio, a handcrafted iron wall at the reception desk, artistic wall-hung vinyl and wallpaper, custom wood trim accent walls, a hidden speak-easy with a bookshelf door, and a history room in the bank’s vault which has a floor made of pennies! This project also included an array of updates for plumbing, electrical, floor plan, paint and much more.
