Bank United decided to open an office in the Jacksonville area. This space was created by combining the old Park deli with an empty neighboring space. This job required removing the old kitchen, and interior partitions of neighboring offices to open up a space that could incorporate all necessary offices and cubicles. This 2,400 S.F. build out includes 8 offices, a conference room, an IT closet, copy room and break room.
The perimeter offices and conference room allow natural light into the center cubical area through side lites and conference room floor to ceiling interior glass. This gives the reception and cubicle area an open and spacious feel. LED lights were installed throughout the entire space to enhance lighting. Carpet tiles and LVT flooring help control sound and easy maintenance, while looking sharp and attractive.
