Project scope

Retail buildouts inside a major shopping centre run to the centre’s rules as well as the tenant’s brief. Working hours are restricted, deliveries are scheduled, noise and dust are controlled, and the landlord’s technical standards govern everything from shopfront line to fire strategy. Custom shelving and merchandising

In a boutique, the joinery is the shop. Custom wood shelving carries the merchandising strategy, so shelf heights, depths and spacing are commercial decisions before they are aesthetic ones.
